Automatic hot foil stamping and die cutting machine common problem: paper feeding is not smooth

The
unsmooth paper feeding is one of the common problems of the automatic hot foil stamping and die cutting machine. There are various reasons for the paper feeding being
unsmooth, mainly due to paper deformation, too smooth printed surface or other
mechanical failure.
1.
Paper feeding caused by paper deformation is not smooth
Since
the die-cutting process is the end of the whole printing process, the paper is
easily deformed after several processes, especially after the high-temperature,
high-pressure glazing film is deformed more severely. Feed paper.
2.
the paper is not smooth due to the smooth surface of the printed matter
After
the glazing film is too smooth, it will cause certain difficulties in paper
feeding. For the above two cases, the experienced operator will do the
preparatory work before loading the paper. For example, when loading paper, add
some wooden wedges or paper rolls to the paper to keep the paper flat, and
pre-print it when loading paper. This problem can generally be avoided by
cutting the paper edge or by appropriately lowering the speed of the die
cutting machine.
3.
Paper feeding difficulties caused by mechanical failure
The
suction of the Feida nozzle is not enough, the position of the plane on the
paper stack is not suitable, the positioning of the rule is not accurate, and
other mechanical reasons may cause slanting, double, and empty sheets during
the paper feeding process. As long as the maintenance of the die-cutting
machine and the adjustment of the mechanical parts are done normally, it will
avoid the difficulty of paper feeding due to mechanical failure.
