Before order:

1.   our sales team together with engineers will discuss with you about the details,technical requirement and machine using purpose, also will suggest you optional function of machine, as well as the necessary spare parts buy in stock.

2.   After the technical requirements are all settled, we will negotiate about the delivery time, packing, shipping, price,  payment terms, quality guarantee etc.

3.   Then KEEPON will issue a formal proforma invoice with all your requirements for you confirmation

4.   After you approval the proforma invoice, then arrange the advance payments.

5.   KEEPON company will let you know after received the deposit, and put into production as per technical requirement discussed

Production and Shipment:

1.   Our production department will strict arrange the order production according your details requirements

2.   Our sales team will keep follow and production time and let you know the progress

3.   One week before the finish production, KEEPON will inform you it will be nearly finish production, and tell you the freight of the container. You decide if will send your technician come for inspection,our we testing the machine and send you the photo and video for confirmation. You also decide if need us arrange the shipment for you.

4.   If everything is ok, or if you have other goods need load together with machine in same container, we will do it according to your instruction

5.   You will start to arrange the balance payment, KEEPON will begin to arrange the shipment

6.   Our sale team will send you scan copy of all the documents to you for check before send the original one by DHL, and let you know the DHL tracking number

7.   KEEPON will keep inform you the shipment status, or we send you the tracking number of shipment. You prepare the custom clearance at your country sea port.

8.   In the period of the shipment on sea, we will send you all the English manual and space drawing of the machine. And we will arrange engineer get the visa if you need our engineer go for installation and work training(This cost is not included in the machine quotation)

After service:

1.   We provide fast response for the after sale service through online service or telephone. If you need any parts to change, we will send it by fastest courier (DHL, FEDEX, TNT OR UPS), our engineers and team will instruct you to fix it at any time.

2.   If you have any other business in China need our help, we will make all our efforts to manage it for you, including payment, inspection, export, shipment etc.
